In the context of the Rio de Janeiro Science, Technology and Innovation Fair (FECTI) is celebrating the centenary of the Brazilian physicist César Latter (1924-2005), one of the researchers involved in the search of the pi-meson from Cosmic Rays. The fair will virtually visit the ATLAS experiment at CERN on October 9th, 18:00 (Brazil time) / 23:00 (CERN time) coordinated by professor Vladimir Jearim Peã Suárez (CECIERJ Foundation/Brazil), Dra. Marcia Begalli (UERJ/CERN) and researcher Denis Oliveira Damazio (BNL/CERN). The Erasmus Summer School in Physics (E3F) "Unveiling the Secrets of Matter and Light" is scheduled from September 9th to 13th, 2024, at the Faculty of Physics, Universitat de València. The school is designed for undergraduate students with physics and other STEM degrees. This event, planned to foster personal development and problem-solving skills with the aim of networking among student scientific elites, will be held at Zanjan University, Iran, for 500 talented students. Considering the importance of hosting a distinctive event and enabling students to learn from the experiences of scientists, we would like to collaborate with you to elevate the event's objectives. Given the profound impact of CERN's work on modern science and technology, we believe that a virtual tour would be incredibly inspiring and educational for our students. In February 2024, Kenyatta University (KU) organised the first International Masterclasses in Kenya. The students came from Kiwanja secondary school in Nairobi, where the university has a partnership. Three KU undergraduate students contributed to teach and supervise the high-school students. The photos of the event won the second prize of the IMC2024 photo contest. The virtual visit of ATLAS is an opportunity to celebrate this achievement and to acknowledge the dedication of the KU organising team. Representatives of the French and Swiss embassies in Kenya will be invited to participate to the visit.

This ATLAS virtual visit is a part of Ireland's STEAM Space Day, tailored for Transition Year students aged 15-16. Among them are participants of our esteemed Space Messengers program, conducted in collaboration with the STEMArts Lab in New Mexico. The physics department at Washington College offers a course (Phy252) in programming and data analysis, primarily for science and engineering students, but non-science students also enrol in this course. Students enrolled in this course will analyze ATLAS open data as part of the course offered in spring 2024.
